Refund and Returns Policy

Refund period: Our refund period is 15 days from the date of purchase. Currently, customers can request a refund under certain conditions.
No Return Policy: We do not accept returns if damaged, damaged or not as described at time of purchase. All sales are considered final.
Return Eligibility: Customers may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
1): If the items received are damaged or defective.
2): The item you received is not as described at the time of purchase.

2): Provide your order number, detailed description of the problem.

Exclusions: The following are excluded from our refund policy:
1): Items damaged due to abuse, neglected inspection or improper use.
2): Products that have been used in any way.
3): Products cannot be purchased directly from Shopinose.
